These prices are per person and day and include the service, visitor's tax and VAT.
All rooms are equipped with bath or shower, toilet, partly with balcony, TV, tel., safe.
For delayed arrival or premature departure the rooms are credited as booked.
For reservation You have to pay a deposit of 30%.  
All payments with cash or credit card (No American Express or Diners Club).

Arrival day:

The rooms and the parking lots are available from 2 pm. The booked rooms are reserved until 6 pm, if there's no late arrival. Considering the night's rest of our hotel guests an arrival is possible only until 10 pm.

Departure day:

release of rooms and parking lots until 10 am, otherwise we charge another day.
 
cancellation conditions:
When booking deposit 30%

Until 60 Days before arrival: cancellation fee 30% of the total costs
Until 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee 50% of the total costs
Until 20days before arrival: cancellation fee 70% of the total costs
Until 10days before arrival: cancellation fee 90% of the total costs
In case of non-appearance: total costs
